We created this efficiency to be rented as a private "one" or "two-person" cottage be itself or it can be rented along with the Magnolia Cottage or Uncle Pete's Cabin, to provide a private bedroom and bath for a third person or second couple. This charming rental has a Pillow Top, Double Bed, TV, DVD Player, Free Movie Library, Sitting Area with Reclining Love Seat, Shower, Kitchenette w/Mini-fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Pot. There's also a front porch and deck with seating for four.
